*Rates are for TWO adults and THREE vehicles, including the RV.

Additional persons must be signed in and pay a fee of $4 per person, per night, plus tax.

  • Check-out is 12 pm

  • Quiet Hours: 10 pm - 8 am

  • The speed limit is 8 mph

  • All guests must be registered at the office, a registration book is in the laundry room. NO exceptions. 

  • The mailbox is located on the front porch of the office. 

  • A drop box for payments is next to the mailbox, under the porch. 

  • Park customers shall not exceed three licensed vehicles, including an RV, boat, trailer, etc. Extra vehicles will be an additional charge of $50/month. All vehicles must be titled in guest's name.

  • Trash may be disposed of in the dumpster. NO large items, construction materials, tires, furniture, used oil, etc. are to be put in the dumpster. Cardboard boxes must be broken down. 

  • All RVs must have current license plates and be road worthy. Motorhomes must be started at regular intervals and remain suitable to evacuate at any time, or at the request of management. 

  • A maximum of two pets are permitted per site. They must be on a leash at all times and pet waste must be picked up. 

  • DO NOT remove backflows from water hose spigots. 

  • NO non-biodegradable products down sinks or toilets. This includes grease, wipes, feminine products, etc. Use minimal amounts of water to help keep the septic system trouble-free. Any site in violation will receive a $200 fine. 

  • Any persons found to be unruly, destructive, loud, or argumentative, will be asked to leave immediately. Guests shall be held financially responsible for any and all damages to the park or any private property in the park. Criminal prosecution could result. 

  • By order of the Health Dept.- All garbage cans must have a tight-fitting lid. No appliances or indoor furniture outside of campers. No storage under RVs. 

  • All sites must be kept clean at all times. A warning will be issued to those who do not comply. A second warning will include a $50 fine. A third warning will result in a request to vacate the park. 

  • ONLY approved fire pits are allowed, and must be kept behind RVs. 

  • Trash may be disposed of in the dumpster. NO large items, construction materials, tires, furniture, used oil, etc. are to be put in the dumpster. Cardboard boxes must be broken down. 

  • Only minor repairs to vehicles are allowed in the park. NO oil changes, antifreeze, or any automotive fluid changes of any kind. 

  • Tents or sheds must be approved by management to be set a minimum of 5 ft from the fenceline. Guests must provide accurate descriptions of dimensions and type of structure.
